Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery usually takes two to six working days depending on the pin code. Remote pin codes can take longer, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
Below that, a flat ₹79 is added at checkout.
Tracking details are emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.
We currently ship within India only.

If tracking has not updated for four working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Returns & exchanges

You have seven days from delivery to return anything, provided it is unused, unwashed and in its original packing with tags attached.

Tell us within seven days and we arrange a reverse pickup.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, normally within five working days.
Exchanges for a different size or design are subject to stock.
Items damaged in transit or wrongly shipped are replaced at our cost — send a photo and we will sort it out without a return pickup.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed or used, or on anything made to order.

Care instructions

Cotton lasts a long time if it is treated reasonably.

Machine wash cold, and separately for the first two washes.
Use a mild detergent. Skip bleach and fabric softener entirely.
Dry in shade rather than direct sun to keep colours from fading.
Warm iron on the reverse side.

Some colour will come off in the first wash. That is normal for dyed cotton and settles after two or three cycles.

Frequently asked

Will the size shrink?

Fabric is pre-shrunk before stitching, so expect very little movement. Wash cold and avoid a hot tumble dry and it will hold its dimensions.

Are the colours exactly as shown on screen?

Close, but screens vary. If a shade matters a great deal to you, write to us before ordering and we will describe it honestly.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, on orders within a set value range. The option appears at checkout when your pin code supports it.

Can I order a custom size?

Sometimes, for larger or unusual beds. Ask us — made-to-order pieces take longer and are not returnable.

Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, email and phone number. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Your address is shared with the courier purely to deliver the parcel.
Marketing emails only go out if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Write to us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you.

Terms of service

By placing an order you confirm the details you have given are accurate and that you are able to enter into a contract.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised.
We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or if a price was listed in error.
Product photographs are representative; small variation between pieces is normal in textiles.
